This is a request not for a new feature on IMSLP -- but for a new font. I am very impressed with the several upper case letters now displayed on IMSLP and greeting cards, realized from Petrucci's engravings. I, for one, would like to have a Petrucci font for a complete set of characters -- and by that, I don't mean the music font used by Finale. However, such an ornate and complex font would require a professional type designer. Perhaps IMSLP and Adobe could enter into an agreement to design the font and split the profits.

Good idea. But it would be a big job. About 19 letters, in the Petrucci style, would need to be invented from scratch. My g/f "rendered" the main red "A" -->>
I'm not sure how she did it! Notice how she cleaned it up - but not too much - and then speckled it with black and inserted a drop shadow. It's clever stuff - WAY beyond my design skills.
