[FEAT] Special:Linksearch

It might be useful to install the special page Special:Linksearch on IMSLP. It would make it easier to track down spam. I just came across a spam page in IMSLP that had been around for a few months.

Here is an example of the page:

Edit: Come to think of it, a list of all external links would probably be even more useful. I'll have to check if this possibility exists.

Perhaps we can just run a regex through the fulltext search table?

It might be good to have something that we can easily check regularly, but up to now I haven't found anything really useful....
