[BUG]Copyright-review codes didn't update themselves.

Emil von Sauer's works are V/V/13. Of course his dates are 1862-1942 but I thought "13" should have automagically changed into "V" on 1st January 2013?

Is it green? The date will remain but just change to green normally.

Yes it is green! Hadn't noticed the color 
But if the server has enough intelligence to adapt the color can't it also make the change to "V"?
