[BUG] Permalinks buggy?

I'm not sure if this is an IMSLP bug or a Mediawiki bug, so I apologize in advance if I'm posting to the wrong forum.
I am wondering if something is wrong with the "File permalink" feature. When I hover over the gear to retrieve the permalink, I see what looks like an incomplete link. Random example:
/wiki/Special:ReverseLookup/354383 is displayed as the permalink (from the page http://imslp.org/wiki/5_Orgelst%C3%BCck ... C_Emanuel) .
Previously, I used to get full URLs, such as http://imslp.org/wiki/Special:ReverseLookup/297363 .
Could you please reinstate the full URLs?
