According to the Wikipedia article on Clayderman, that piece was composed by Paul de Senneville, who apparently is still very much alive. You'd have to contact a sheet-music seller to get the music legally; it wouldn't be eligible for IMSLP access for a very, very long time unless the composer/copyright-holder were to allow it.
