Need score for "Congratulations Alaska USA"

I am looking for a score for a library patron (I am a librarian). The title is "Congratulations Alaska USA," and according to ASCAP it was written by Bill Anson, Rollie Grimm, Al Jason and Frank Lavere. I have checked WorldCat, various library catalogs, commercial and free score web sites, and reference materials. The song would have been published in the 50s or so, and may have been distributed to public schools; my patron says that she knows of a woman who sang this song at public school in the 50s. Any clues welcome!
