Giovanni Pacini was one of the most important, popular, prolific and widely performed composers of operas in Italy in the first half of the 19th Century. His greatest success was probably Saffo. Today he is virtually forgotten and almost never performed.
IMSLP has three dozen of his operas -- but they are all in manuscript. Many of his operas were published in vocal score, but IMSLP has no typeset scores. A huge number of his arias and duets were published during his lifetime, but IMSLP has none of those either. Among the published operas that I would like to request are:
