Public domain already in U.S. and in Canada. Probably public domain already in EU also, due to the "rule of the shorter term", but in any case it will enter public domain in EU on January 1st, 2014, as Achron died in 1943.jonne wrote:If copyright is from 1909 I guess this would be public now?
