Koechlin Cello Sonata

Does anyone know the status of this work? It was written in 1917, and the composer died in 1950. I have no idea when (or even if) it was actually published. It would be interesting to have if possible.

Now published by Salabert, distributed in USA by Hal Leonard, although it is listed as a special import item at $31.95. There may be an import fee, depending on how quickly one wishes to have the music. I believe the original publication date was 1923.
