(Puccini is a public domain composer)
Not to split too many hairs with you here, but that isn't necessarily a true statement. For example, of the two pieces you are requesting, parts to Manon Lescaut would be public domain almost anywhere, however those to Suor Angelica would not be except in the United States if the orchestral parts contained so much as a word of the libretto written by Forzano. And, should this be the case, those parts would have to be uploaded to the US file server because it would be illegal to have them on our main servers.

Choralia is correct in that we don't allow private sharing of files through email because we cannot endorse or be complicit in the possible breaking of copyright laws. If someone were to email you privately files from Suor Angelica, assuming you are located in Italy, that would be a violation of copyright law since Forzano's text and thus Puccini's opera containing that text is still protected in the EU.

Interesting! " Luck's Music Library, like E.F. Kalmus, reprints music which is in the public domain." See http://www.lucksmusic.com/experts/qanda_archive.htm. Do you know if this work is a reprint?

If it's from Luck's, it's 99% going to be a straight reprint, yes.

As I recall, Luck's actually re-sells the Kalmus reprints for most operas - though they reprint some on their own too.
