With musicians from my school, we would like to play Peter and the wolf from Prokofiev, and as you know, the compositor was temporary blocked for some boring reasons.

However, you may try searching the regional servers that are operated by Project Leonardo Limited, i.e., the NZ company, not affiliated with Project Petrucci LLC, that provides services for particular regions where specific copyright rules apply.

IMSLP-EU
All servers include very basic functions to search files based on their filename.
If you are lucky
you may find some Prokofiev scores on PML-CA or IMSLP-ASIA, as these servers are located in Canada and in Hong Kong respectively, and Prokofiev is definitely public domain there. However, you have always to respect the copyright laws of your country (e.g., ensure that you meet fair use provisions or similar copyright exceptions if Prokofiev is not public domain in your country).
