I am looking for a score of A Charm Of Lullabies by Benjamin Britten. I had ordered a score by Bosey and Hawkes and they cancelled the order, being unable to procure the score due to supply chain problems...

I'm afraid that this work is still under copyright everywhere in the world, so it is not eligible for being uploaded to IMSLP.

I'd suggest you to buy it from a distributor who may have copies at stock. I've recently purchased scores from Presto Music, and items were delivered internationally without any problems. Presto Music may have this work available at stock as the despatch time is reasonably short:
