I was given a piano sextet by one Vassily Alexandrovich Barvinsky. It's score only and I would be tempted to make and post a new edition with separate parts. The composer was Ukrainian, 1888-1963 and the work was first published in 1915. Can someone tell me about the copyright situation? Cheers.

Public domain in the US only. The composer died less than 50 years ago, so it's under copyright in Canada and possibly the EU.
