Every once in a while, there is also the opposite -- works where someone very kindly filled in language, but it was an instrumental piece and they felt obliged to fill in something because the field was there. Usually it ends up being "Italian", since tempo and dynamic markings are in Italian. So make sure it is vocal after all!
