Is this edition of Bach in public domain ?

It's the Volume 3 of the Busoni edition (Breitkopf & Härtel, Nr 4303, published in 1916). It's written on the title page.

It contains : 12 little preludes, six little preludes, a fughetta and four duets. If it is PD, where shall I put it ? Should I split the PDF in several parts and upload it in the Bach section which is the most relevant ? There are several of them :

Preludes for Clavichord, BWV 921-943
Lute pieces (BWV 999 is up there)
Fugues and Fughettas for Clavichord, BWV 961
Duets, BWV 802-805

Or could I post the whole thing in the Busoni page ?

Busoni died in 1924, so this edition is public domain worldwide. If I were you, I would split and upload under the the relevant pages for Bach.
