Is there any possibility of getting any of the orchestrations for Grofe's Grand Canyon Suite? Thanks!

Not for a long time, since Grofe died in 1972. The vast majority of items were published after 1922 in the USA, and he was pretty good about renewing things. Nearly everything is covered for 95 years from publication in the USA. Protected until 2023 in Canada and other 50 pma countries. There are a couple of very early piano works issued before 1923 that could go on the USA server.
