I believe this work is only availabe via Rental. The last time I performed this piece was in 2009 anmd only have a xerox of the 1st Violin Part. And I believe the publisher was Ricordi Casa.

I don't think it is Public Domain (at least not in the US) However it may be where you are.

I am happy to upload the 1st VLN part, but however it may not do you any good to just have one part..
