I need this file fairly soon for a student to study and practice. It was uploaded in 2007 and has still not been reviewed. Also it was uploaded again in 2008.

What is the status on this file? Can I don load it directly from the person who uploaded it? If so what is thier email.

Been looking for this file for years......
