I cannot enable it because I am not in charge of changing the functionality of the old version of IMSLP. I'll have to ask our site leader about it.

Going to guess it had to be disabled due to the new Clara website now.

What you should do is create the workpage for this song: "Yo Soy La Locura" on the category page of the collection (the composer page) and then upload the arrangement to that, with adding in a "Related Works" field in Edit in the General info, linking back to the collection page ...

I did not delete the files as admin (one of the other admins deleted them), but assuming it's because due to some of the copyright rules we had in the past which were incorrectly followed regarding the status of fingerings, the editions have fingerings in them and based on the rules we have now were...

If you chose the Arrangement and Transcription tab for uploading under, then you wouldn't have put it under the Scores tab. But that can be fixed in Edit by copy and pasting the stacks and put it under the other tab.

Scanning it with your phone is not a good idea. You need a proper scanner or a high end camera that can take proper flat pictures of the sheet music. Its much better to use a scanner than a phone for quality sake.

I talked to Daniel over email and he doesn't know either, its definitely a server problem with a 502 error connecting IMSLP to the servers so there is nothing we can do right now except wait for the servers to come back online. Also I think its actually been offline for only around 12 hours or a bit...
