Two unrelated works published on same parts, how to handle?

A lot of old brass and military band journals often published two shorter, unrelated works on the same page in their parts. Is it best to crop the scans and upload the two pieces on separate works pages? Here is an example of the sort of thing I'm talking about:



If they were uploaded separately, would I be justified in copying the publisher info and part name downwards onto the second arrangement? Or is editing original scans like this a no-no?
