Problem with 2 whitespaces in file name?

What's wrong with this work page: http://imslp.org/wiki/Les_Farfadets_(St ... lle-Marie) ?
I only edited the publisher information and saved the page with the result: File entry #1 render error: filename not in index.
Then I reverted my edits but with the same result! If I compare the difference

- |File Name 1=PMLP93845-Stamaty _Les_Farfadets.pdf + |File Name 1=PMLP93845-Stamaty _Les_Farfadets.pdf

I actually can't see any but the Recent Changes list shows +17 Byte / -18 Byte.
Does this have to do with the still existing space in the file name? The original name had 2 whitespaces but only 1 has been replaced with _
Or is there something wrong with my browser??

I noticed that too. I changed the filename (moved it, actually) and re-loaded it to the page, where it's now available.
