Monuments/Urtext query

Would the two volumes of the Flores de Musica of Manuel Rodrigues Coelho as published in the monumental series Portugaliae Musica qualify for upload, perhaps as an urtext edition? The two volumes were issued in 1959 and 1961 and were edited by Macário Santiago Kastner (1908-1992). If so, would the (limited) preface material also qualify? Many thanks.

You would have to get rid of any preface by Kastner, but otherwise they should fall under the urtext rule.
